Steel, round-bilge aft cockpit cutter, built exactly as the legendary Joe Adams specs. Aus. Reg'd Ship. Superb seaboat. Circumnavigated via Indian Ocean, South Atlantic, Chilean Patagonian Coast(2008), 4 Bass Strait crossings(2010-2013). Ready for sea. Slipped 1/4/13 for annual antifoul, total topside paint with 2-pack, anode replacement, shaft, rudder and seacock inspection. Just completed 5th Bass Strait crossing, now back in Beauty Point, Tas.

Sail Inventory: Main (4 reefs)(new sail cover), genoa on furler, yankee on furler (new UV strip), staysails (2) on self-tacking wishbone (as per Adams preference), storm-jib, spinnaker. All sails in v. Good to excellent condition.
Mast / Rigging: 46ft aluminium mast, double-spreader, removable inner forestay. Double furlers (yankee and genoa). Mast steps to cap. All standing rigging renewed last year, 10mm galv. Wire triple-fishoiled throughout.
Main 9oz Bainbridge, genoa cross-cut 8 oz Nordac, yankee 9.5oz Dacron, staysails (2), storm jib, spinnaker.
Deck Gear: "Monitor" self-steering with autopilot connecting stud to watervane. (3 spare windvanes). Boarding ladder. 12ft x 16ft (approx) water catcher. Decks surfaced with pattern of 'Rubbermark' (NZ) deck tread. 2 boathooks. Approx. 500ft misc ropes, spare sheets, fenders, pile board.
Remarks: Whilst the interior is tastefully furnished (see phots. ), this a no-nonsense heavy weather cruising boat, present owner having sailed her exclusively in Bass Strait and northern Tas waters ( mainly winter), previous owners circumnavigating via Indian Ocean, Cape Town, St Helena, Rio de Janeiro and Patagonian Chile (S. America west coast fjords, also in winter). Rigging and deck fittings are all substantial, and mostly oversize. Stainless steel used extensively on common chafe points. Sailed and maintained to a high standard by professional mariner. Vessel was for sale in Brisbane, but due to new work commitments have had to sail back to Tas by Sept 2013. Vessel now inspectable Beauty Pt, Tas.
