THE BOAT IS READY TO TAKE YOU AWAY ANYTIME ANYWHERE...

I bought this boat Downtime 7 years ago, as my dream boat!. She is a rare owners version with a king suite on the starboard side, built in Cape Town, South Africa. She spent the last seven years being maintained by professional owner/skipper. The boat has never been in a charter fleet since new! We sailed from USA to Australia with all comfort which you are used to have on land life!

The galley is spacious and has more appliances than most kitchens, 2 fridges and a huge freezer and separate ice maker. Galley up design keeps the cook in the conversation and surrounding bar is a great place for breakfast. The living room has a table surrounded with sofa, a flat screen TV and booster for Wi-Fi.

Mid ship starboard is an office and a fully equipped workshop port, 3 cabins (each one with its own private toilet and shower). Out side is a table that will seat 8 comfortably with fully enclosed patio cockpit.
Boat is very good design for a couple cruising with tons of storage and room for kids or guests. One hull belong to owner and other side with two cabins, which will give some extra privacy. Port hull also is home to the work shop with full compliment of spare parts and tools!

Diving equipment: several sets of dive gear 6 tanks and a Bauer Jr. compressor
Kayak, paddle board, and lots of fishing gear to keep you busy.

We will be happy to answer any question you might have! A professional survey have been done in oct 2014 and will be happy to mail it to you!!

We are currently in Brisbane, Australia.

Injectors were both replaced on # 4 cylinders due to corrosion issues in that spot last season. Engines serviced every 200 hrs with oil change pumps make service a 15 minute process by simply pumping out the old and flipping a switch to put in the new.

Twin 6 KW Northern lights generators sets with 2700 hours. New 2012 stainless steel exhaust manifolds on both units to prevent rusted exhaust. We also put new primary exhaust hoses and installed 110 volt lift pumps and back flow valves on both units that engage when gen set is stared and the units run without impellers. One unit with auto start that will charge batteries when voltage reaches set level. This boat will stay charged for weeks when left alone with the 4 solar panels mounted on roof.

Charging systems: 100 amp 24v alternators with balmar regulators on both main engines keep batteries toped while motoring. Two separate 110 v ac chargers in 100 amp and 40 amp run on either generator. Auto gen start to charge when you are away.
