Following the announcement that the company has signed a 125-year lease for new waterside manufacturing facilities at South Yard, Plymouth, UK, Princess Yachts International has now revealed plans for its new range of technically advanced long-range cruising yachts.

The first of the new yachts due for completion in the second half of 2010 will be the Princess 105 which will be followed by a new flagship, the Princess 130 tri-deck yacht, in 2011. The builder said both yachts will reflect Princess’ proven dedication to quality, strength and integrity, and will incorporate standards of design, engineering and build detailing that will stamp the brand’s mark firmly on the market for yachts over 100 feet.

The Princess 105 is a powerful flybridge cruising yacht with a separate raised wheelhouse and class-leading levels of space and accommodation, said the company.

"She provides sumptuous living quarters and entertaining spaces for up to 10 guests, and an intelligently designed layout ensures the utmost privacy to all guest areas providing the perfect sanctuary for relaxation," said Princess Yachts.

"The Princess 105 can be configured with either three or four en suite staterooms for guests in addition to the vast owner’s suite, which takes pride of place located forward on the main deck. Her design will ensure unparalleled sea-keeping together with exceptional performance and cruising range," said the builder.

The Princess 130 is a 40m long-range tri-deck cruising yacht that promises to offer an unprecedented level of luxury.

Princess Yachts said its new 130 flagship is exceptionally spacious, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in complete privacy, with separate quarters for up to eight crew.

"The owner is accommodated in a magnificent suite on the main deck, while on the lower deck, several configuration options provide ample scope for personalisation, ensuring the Princess 130 provides the ultimate environment for entertaining and all-round relaxation," said the builder.

Princess Yachts International, which was established in 1965, currently operates from over 1,000,000ft² of modern production facilities with 1750 employees. The new South Yard site has increased production space to more than 1,650,000ft² and it is here that production of the Princess 105 will begin immediately.

Princess Yachts said its vessels are sold through a network of distributors covering more than 65 countries worldwide. It added a teaser campaign for the new 100ft models has been launched, with marketing information about the Princess 105 and Princess 130 found by visiting www.princess105.com and www.princess130.com
