Riviera Yachts USA relocates to new headquarters
Seven Riviera professionals on-hand to help dealers and Riviera owners
Australia’s largest luxury boatbuilder, Riviera, has celebrated the opening of its new USA headquarters in Stuart on the east coast of Florida.
According to the boatbuilder, Riviera Yachts USA provides its dealer network and owners in America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East a support resource for all their sales, service, warranty and spare parts needs, further enhancing Riviera’s quality customer relations.
A team of seven highly trained and long-time Riviera professionals are on-hand to help dealers or Riviera owners, the company said.
Riviera CEO, John Anderson said the company prided itself on its superior customer service and continued to work with its network of 31 dealership locations in the Americas to ensure this level of support and commitment was maintained.
"Quality, integrity, sheer boating enjoyment and absolute peace of mind are the hallmarks of the Riviera brand and has made Riviera one of the leading boating brands in the US," said Anderson.
"We are motivated to continually innovate the design of current and new models and are proud of our spectacular new designs and Motor Yacht range," he said.
Riviera has reported record success with the launch if its new 5800 and 5000 Sport Yachts, the 3600 Sport Yacht with IPS, the enclosed 51 Flybridge, also with IPS, and the new Motor Yacht range including the 73, 78 and 85-foot models.
At the Sydney International Boat Show held in early August and in the three weeks since the show, Riviera said a total of 13 new boats were sold, resulting in a total of $16.6 million.
In Australia, Rivieria said it has altered its business from a growth phase structure to a more nimble organisation better able to operate competitively in the current market.
"In the United States we have undertaken a similar restructure of our business with the opening of Riviera Yachts USA in Stuart, Florida," said Anderson.
"Our commitment to the United States market continues with strong resolve and we look forward to exhibiting at both Fort Lauderdale and Miami boat shows, and a great many regional shows," he added.
Riviera said it will showcase its 41, 45 and 47 Flybridge models, 43 and 48 Offshore Express, and 4400 Sport Yacht at this year’s Fort Lauderdale Boat Show (from October 29 to November 2), plus a display of scale models and plans for all of Riviera’s 2009 releases.
Meanwhile, Riviera says it will showcase several of the latest expressions from its innovative range of luxury cruisers at this year’s Mandurah Boat Show (from October 9 to 11).
The popular West Australian event is expected to attract more than 23,000 people to Mandurah Ocean Marina, 72km south of Perth, which Riviera said provides the perfect backdrop for its extensive display.
Riviera’s distribution manager-Australasia, Peter Welch said Riviera hoped to replicate the sales success of the recent Sydney International Boat Show.
"The Mandurah Boat Show is the perfect platform to showcase Riviera’s luxurious 56 and 47
Enclosed Flybridge, 45 and 41 Open Flybridges, 4400 and 3600 Sport Yachts and the 48 Offshore Express," Welch said.
Riviera said its professional and dedicated staff will be on hand to discuss the new 5000 and 5800 Sport Yachts, the 3600 Sport Yacht with IPS and the new state-of-the-art Flybridge range featuring the 51 and 41, both models now available with IPS.
Riviera Syndication CEO, John Russell said Riviera Syndication would officially launch its 38 Open Flybridge, based at Freemantle, with shares starting from $79,500.
