One way to improve the bottom line in this business is to sell the best boats in the business, and that’s what WA’s Magnum Boating believes it did by taking on CruiseCraft 12 months ago.

Following a recent move into a spacious new showroom and service centre in the Perth suburb of Wangara, said general manager Tim Green, boat sales "ramped up". This is attributable, he believes, to the new presence of CruiseCraft’s popular Explorer range.

Showcasing the brand was obviously important. According to Green, customers considering CruiseCraft boats are the kind of people who like to go over every inch of the boat. "So the least we can do is present each one fully rigged in an atmosphere conducive to comfortable but careful examination," he said.

The Wangara showroom has 1000m² of under-cover floor space and ample off-road parking. The service workshop occupies 350m² while accessories and parts has another 200m².
