The 605 is the latest addition to the Arvor Sportsfish range — and it’s big on comfort.

Those anglers who prefer their fishing expeditions to include a degree of civilised comfort will welcome the latest release from Arvor Australia.

The company’s newest offering, the Arvor 605 Sportsfish, promises great fun and great value, packaged up in Arvor’s distinctive snub-nosed bow and enclosed cabin with full walkaround access.

The versatile 5.75m model is the smallest in Arvor’s Sportsfish range, joining the 675 and the hulking 755 for fishos who seek luxury in their weapon of choice.

The 605 debuted at the recent Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, where showgoers were able to examine firsthand the double berth with infill located below the enclosed helm and enjoy the 360-degree views afforded through full-height windows.

For serious fishing excursions, the 605 offers four cockpit rodholders and storage for six more in a lockable compartment, plus twin aft killtanks with electric pump-out.

There’s also a deep livebait tank in the port corner below a full-width stern bench. This seat can be flipped up on starboard to provide sea-level access to the transom when it comes time to drag your prize catch onboard.

If it’s comfortable cruising you’re seeking, an extra port bench seat for two can be folded down to meet the removable corner table. This settee also provides a comfortable coaming bolster to brace against while fighting fish.

Options for the 605 Sportsfish include an electric windlass, full-length bimini and even a cockpit helm station for ease of manoeuvring, plus much more.
